This dried fast and rock hard. It protects my nail polish for days and days.

This top coat is very thick. And, based on one of the reviews I read, I was concerned about the length of time it would take for it to dry. But, I was thrilled to see it didn’t take long, at all. In fact within 5 minutes it had dried to a very hard, shiny finish, that kept my nails looking great for over a week. (I used two very small battery operated fans, to dry my nails. Maybe that’s why they came out so well.)My other concern was the thickness of the polish. I thought it might create tiny bubbles all over my nails. But, it didn’t!Finally, it comes with a ‘large’ brush, which works well for me, because I have relatively large hands/nails.

I recently tried this Essie clear top coat and I must say, it's absolutely amazing! I've used it over Essie color gel polish and even other brands like OPI, and the results have been fantastic. I purchased both the Essie gel couture top coat and nail polish. They provide a really nice look. Polish and top coat go on smoothly, dry quickly and are super shiny. I am very pleased with the product.
