Most outstanding feature on this cordless vacuum is that it is super super lightweight! It totally replaced the broom in my house as it does a faster n better job, and is way easier on my back. It is great on smooth floors, picking up dust and crumbs in just seconds. I keep it constantly charging so it is ready to use at any given time. I can get apprx 15-20 minutes of use on the higher setting, which is enough for an instead-of-sweeping situation. Though it's not meant for carpets, I actually am able to use it on my front door (commercial style) rug. If any pieces of dirt stubbornly don't allow themselves to get vacuumed up, I leave them for the end and then just pull at the top part of the vacuum so that it separates from the bottom and, with the converted hand vacuum it then becomes, I can easily vacuum up those pieces of dirt because the suction is stronger. Most importantly, the customer service is superb! I contacted the seller to discuss an issue, mistakenly calculating that I had the vacuum for apprx half a year, while I actually had it for almost year and a half. It was out of the warranty period but the seller provided superior customer service and took care of me! Highly highly impressed. I'll end off by reiterating what I started off with: this vacuum is so lightweight that it's a breeze to use! I doubt there is another vacuum on the market that can beat the featherweight of this one!

I've had this vacuum for about five months now and came to write a review because I continue to be astounded by the value for the money.Over the past several years I have purchased several cordless stick vacuums, from no-brand to Bissel. They've all been decent but relative to cost, not all that impressive. I hate to create e-waste by purchasing more battery/cordless items, but hauling out the big vacuum for daily pet hair pickup is tedious.This little vacuum does exactly what I need it to: Stay charged long enough to pick up pet hair, tracked-in birdseed and garden debris, and general dust, quickly and easily. It has two power levels and in doing the 1,000 sq ft ground floor of my house, all hardwood or tile, it has not lost battery power yet. That's with a shedding Chihuahua.I've also used it as a handheld short-nozzled vacuum to pick up debris from doing crafts in the kitchen, to swoop crumbs out of silverware drawers, to vacuum the tracks of windows and other odd jobs. The entire unit is lightweight and the suction power is equal to or better than vacuums costing 2 or 3 times as much.It's no frills -- there is no beater brush in the vacuum head, and it only came with long & short extensions - but that is fine. There is no clunky battery - the power charging cord just plugs into the vacuum. It's easy to empty and the debris cup is easy to rinse out. A green flashing light tells you when it's charging.For less than $60 my expectations were low but it's been a very pleasant surprise.

I wanted a cordless floor vacuum with a passive floor nozzle to pick up hair in my bathroom, and that’s just what it does. Suction is just strong enough to do the job, with the upsides being quiet operation and light weight. It does not make the shrieking sound that most handhelds do; it’s more of a muted high-pitched whine. The color is absolutely wonderful, and I will use it as a color sample when decorating. It comes with the bare minimum: motor, charger, spare filter, extension tube, floor nozzle and a crevice tool. No dust brush or hanger which I would have liked. Emptying the dust cup is neater than some. First the dust cup is removed from the motor and then the filter from the dust cup. There is a screen around the filter that keeps the dirt from sticking to it. I was somewhat amused by the styling of the name "Keromee"; from a distance it looks like "Kenmore". I don't think this is accidental.

First off, the assembly instructions were incredibly confusing, with poorly labeled parts and diagrams that looked like they were drawn by a child. It took me over an hour to put it together, and even then, I wasn't entirely sure if I had done it correctly.Once I finally got it assembled, I was eager to test it out. However, the suction power was practically nonexistent. It struggled to pick up even the smallest crumbs from my carpet, and when I tried using it on hardwood floors, it just scattered dust everywhere instead of actually cleaning it up.To make matters worse, the vacuum cleaner is incredibly loud. It sounds like a jet engine taking off in my living room, which is not ideal when you have pets and small children who get easily startled.After just a few uses, the vacuum started emitting a strange burning smell. Concerned for my safety, I contacted customer service for assistance. Unfortunately, their support was as disappointing as the product itself. I was put on hold for over 30 minutes only to be told that I must have been using it incorrectly and that any repairs would not be covered under warranty.Overall, this purchase has been a complete waste of money. It's ineffective, noisy, and potentially hazardous. Save yourself the trouble and invest in a more reliable vacuum cleaner from a reputable brand.

Worked great for 14 months. I really appreciate the cordless convenience of this vacuum and the suction power is very good with two settings. I have made sure not to over-charge it and the battery power is still strong. However recently the canister of dirt disconnected from the handle making the whole vacuum fall to the floor in a big mess! It's happened multiple times after I put it back together. So now I have to hold it with two hands just to prevent this which is fine, just a little less convenient then it was originally. I did process a claim through Asurion on it and a refund has been given, which I was surprised by.

I got the cordless version. It has normal and turbo mode. Its light weight and power make it so easy to use around the house. I have a college kid going to school. This is a perfect fit for the kid to maintain their neat and clean dorm. The battery is strong also.
