Very helpful when I'm very stressed.
I have been using Bach flower remedies for a few years now. I mainly use them when I'm feeling overwhelmed with what ever is going on in my life. They do seem to help, not sure if its the placebo effect or not, however I do seem to feel better when using them. My mind appears more settled and I think a lot less of what ever is bothering me. I will often mix my own bottle up with different flower remedies in, mixed with spring water and take with me when I go to work or have by my bed.I would say read up on which ones may help you before buying, as there are a lot of different varieties that all do something different. I bought a low priced book on the above 1st that has proved invaluable.
