Carefully read description and look at pictures before you buy.

I am a little annoyed - and should have been more diligent. This isn't filled with buckwheat it just has a few small rows of buckwheat which do NOTHING for the posture or comfort. My own fault. A nice enough pillow otherwise.

100% natural, but Not 100% buckwheat filling

Buckwheat is only ONE patch stuck in the middle of ONE Side.May still be useful to replace a normal pillow.But this is not like a bean bag (my mistake) so I returned it.
