Bigger box better value
I have used this for a long time and it is great for thickening hair and strengthening nails. I normally buy a month at a time but got three months this time so it was value for money

Love these. Great value for money and work well.
Been buying these on repeat. I stopped taking them for a while and noticed an instant change in my skin and my nails were more susceptible to breaking. So I would recommend not taking breaks and there is an obvious difference. Easy to swallow and tasteless which is great. Definitely would recommend.

Great if you have weak nails
I’ve been using these for about a year now and they’ve made my nails so much stronger. My nails used to break so easily before but since using these vitamins they’ve definitely stopped that. I don’t know if I can see much difference with my hair or skin to be honest but they definitely work for my nails.
