Atleast for me the pre was good, have been a regular user of GNC, but took this for a change and it has good reviews. Really mixes we'll, has a weirdish yellow color once dissolved. Does what is described- enhanced focus, better strength. Doesnt give tingling sensation. One thing I felt off atleast for me was that it gives a really sweet after taste, this I'm not a fan of. It is really really sweet, not sure why almost all mb prods are so sweet.
