Very gentle and moisturising, but make your skin clean. I use this as face wash.

I absolutely love the smell of this and my face feels squeaky clean afterwards, so soft and fresh. Ive suffered with bad mascne and this has really helped. Balance me are such beautiful products, I wouldnt choose another skincare brand now, perfect for my super sensitive skin

Amazing face wash. My skin is pretty sensitive but this doesnt cause it any problems . The scent is lovely and it leaves my skin looking, cleaner, clearer and softer than anything else ive ever used.

I love this product it is so gentle but still effective, my skin feels and looks so much better.I've always bought other brands from chemists and they always made my skin breakout or become very dry so I was happy to find a product that suits my skin.It's almost all natural ingredients so that helps too.

I like this product, and it cleans my face very well without leaving my skin oily, however the smell smells like a strong medicine and I don’t like it, also the same with the serum. Other than that it works well. I am Pleased.
