Used these for fingerprints on a painted wooden easel and it will not dry. It's been 10 days. Anything that will help it dry without smudging?

There are fixitives out there but this is ink not paint so be sure of the uses. If nothing else stand way back and spray lightly with hair spray

Can this ink be used on fabric and will it stay after wash?

I am wondering the same thing. I put it on fabric and it looks good but I tried to see if it would stay and so I took a little water and tried to see what would happen and it smudged so I don't know if it is truly water proof.

Are these pigment inks, or dye based inks? The pigment inks take a long time to dry, that way they can grab the embossing powder and hold it until you dry it with a heat gun.
