Great Poles
I am usually riding my mountain bike but due to an injury, I am forced to get my nature fix in other ways...Cue hiking. Let me start out by saying that I have never used trekking poles before. Because of my injury, I was looking for a bit more stability while out on the trails. Based on the reviews and the cost, I figured that I would give these (Blue) a try.FYI...I am 6ft 2in. and weigh 230lbs (If this information helps)A few things I like:They are carbon fiber. = Light weight and strong but still have a bit of flexThey are height adjustable with flip locks = Fit anybodyThey come with tungsten carbide tips that are durableThe tips can be covered with rubber feet (That come with it) for trekking on asphaltThey come with interchangeable mud baskets and snow basketsThe strap on the handle is adjustable to allow you to lock your hand into the grip. They come with a clip to keep them together and when you are done, they have a storage bagThings I didn't like:NothingI will say that if you do get these and use them, at the very least you should put the mud baskets on. Without them, the pole make sink deeper than you intended or may get wedged between tight rocks which could result in you accidentally snapping them in half. This advice should probably apply to all poles.

These seem to be well made.
I bought these for my wife as a gift to go with a hiking weekend I had planned. Unfortunately, she fell before we left and required rotator cuff surgery. No hiking/trekking poles for a while. We’ll see how these work next year.

Light and simple
For the most part I really like these poles easy to use and simple to adjust or change tips.Recommend using slightly larger shoulder bag, as a little tight fitting poles in without risking a tear or break. Also the bracket that connects the two poles is flimsy.

Must haves for hiking!
Love these trekking poles! Sturdy yet light and provides stability on inverse hiking trails. Don’t want to ever hike without these again!
