Yes they can be used on electric hob

are the quoted diameters measured at the rim of the pan or at the base?

Size quoted appears to be inner rim at top of saucepan.

How well made are these? I had a problem with my old set and the handles coming loose after light use

I’ve been using these for quite a while now & haven’t had a problem. They’re pretty solid
