I can already see a difference on my hair after just a week. It feels healthier. My skin seems to be improving also. I have sensitive skin and thought it was the soaps causing minor issues. I switched to totally organic and fragrance free soaps and clothes detergent. The issues improved but I was still having minor issues. So far I’m seeing slight improvement with my skin and it’s only been a week. I think the remaining factor was the water.This product was simple to install and came with a little tool to tighten it.The spray quality is good. It has various settings. I like that this product was affordable since you’re supposed to replace them every so often.

This is a really great shower head. It’s super easy to install it literally just screws on by twisting it into place. The water pressure is high and feels great. The spray options change easily and work great, love having the options to choose from. Affordable and functional, this is a really great shower head. Highly recommended!

Wowza this product just blasts water like it's nothing once you remove the limiter. It comes with instructions on how to remove it. It is life changing how fast I can get myself rinsed off. Other reviews mention removing the filter as well for even more pressure... I think it's great as it is now. Once the filter gets full, I'll try it out.As far as softening, it does a GREAT job at not making the water overly soft. You can tell on your skin that the water is softer but unlike a lot of people's over-soft home systems, my skin feels soft after bathing but not weird. It's a perfect mix of hard and soft.Another note on the water pressure... I use a loofah and it would take a solid minute or more to rinse it off. Now it takes about 10 seconds. Also the jet feels like a proper jet of water.The head itself is very light and easy to position and goes up to an angle higher than most standalone shower heads do. Despite it's light movement, it stays in place wherever you put it. Whatever bearing they have in it, it's great. At first I thought it would sag but it doesn't.Lastly, the instructions say to remove Teflon tape and install it on naked threads. Removing old Teflon tape is a royal pain in the buns. I scraped off what I could with alcohol and a fine screwdriver and installed it like that. It doesn't leak at all. But your mileage may vary!All in all, this is a great showerhead. I'm thinking of installing this in the guest bathroom after the filter is over and seeing if they have a detachable showerhead. Then I will have found the perfect beast!

This arrived last night. However, I'm thinking this was a returned item. I am basing this on what I've seen in pictures other reviewers have posted. As you can see in my pictures, it came wrapped in a foam-type bag. There was no cardboard form inside the box to keep it secure. Also, the extra washer was not in any little bag, it was just lying on the bottom of the box. There was no red flow restrictor in the box, or in the shower head under the washer. Neither was there a STOP instruction sheet for the restrictor. This really didn't bother me, as I was planning on removing the restrictor anyway. When I opened the shower head, the filter did not look used. I installed it this morning, and it appears to be working just fine. I'm wondering if someone tried it, didn't like it, and returned it barely used. As long as it's working I'm ok with it. It installed quickly, and there are no leaks. So, I will be keeping it unless something happens with it within the return window.All this being said, I am finding that Amazon seems to be regularly sending out returned items without checking what might be the reason for the return. I ordered a baby gate recently and when I went to install it, parts were missing. I wrote "MISSING PARTS" on the box in the hope that they don't just turn around and send it off to some other customer. I have decided to write the reason on the packaging of any item I return, if it's broken or missing parts. Hopefully, this might prevent Amazon from sending it to another unsuspecting customer.My second annoyance is I paid $29.97 for this showerhead. It was same day delivery. When I got the showerhead later in the day, the product page now said it's $25.99 - with an additional $6.00 coupon - with next day delivery. So, $10.00 less in the course of one day. Really? I would have gone with next day delivery to save $10.00. I call bs, Amazon😡.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------UPDATE: I've been using this for about a week now, so thought I'd do an update. I have it on the "Rain+Intense" setting, because I like a larger amount of water from my shower head. There's definitely "rain", but the "intense" is not so much. If I do only the "intense" the pressure is good, but with the R+I setting the intense pressure is only moderate, as the water is dispersed through more holes. All-in-all, this is just an ok shower head. Not quite what I was hoping. I think I'll return the 2 extra filters I bought, and look for a different shower head when it's time to change the filter.
