VansMen's Ward Hi Suede/Canvas Top Trainers

I had been waiting a while to get my hands on a pair of these at a good price, so when the opportunity came up on Black Friday, I acted quickly! Personally speaking, I love them and would highly recommend. The only thing preventing me from giving 5 stars however is that it takes me a good 5 minutes of struggling each day to get my feet in them! Be prepared for a fight with your Vans!

I absolutely love these 'Ward' Hi suede Vans. Totally genuine, and ssooooo comfortable. Very soft, but the sole is just firm enough that walking on stony ground isn't painful. Perfect fit....bought size 8UK/42 EUR.

Bought a pair of size 8 for my son. They arrived quickly, well wrapped and everything was safe and good.The shoes fit my son okay, but were a little bit tight around the toes, compared to other trainers, so I'm marking them as being a little tight. After a few days of wear they appear to be broken-in okay and fit just fine.There's not a lot to say, except these are great for the price that I paid (£29.99) and I'd buy them again. The suede feels good, and if they're anything like the last Vans he has been wearing for the past year, they should last really well through all weathers.

This is my second pair of Van's. I also own the Peanuts edition slip ons. Great value price from amazon. Bought the black and white hightops for every day use and they do not disappoint.All day comfy straight out the box and true to size fit.I will be buying these again in a few years when I wear these out. Highly recommended.

Vans vans what can I say man's this brand is amazing. Shoes normally only lasts me about 3 months but these last me a good 6 - 9 months. Not only are they stylish, they're also comfortable, great value for money. I would definitely recommend.They describe the shoes as off the wall; well Jon snow you know nothing! They're not only off the wall they are off the pavement and the floor and the tiles and anything else that you want to walk on including tarmac! Comfortable, great to wear, stylish. What more do I need to say.

THE BOOTS ARE A TIGHT FIT ALL OVER AND MOST UNCOMFORTABLE IN ORDER TO PUT THEM ON, I HAVE TO COMPLETELY REMOVE THE LACES AND USE A SHOEHOR TO INSERT MY FEET. I HAVE YET TO SUCCEED IN LACING THE BOOTS UP ONCE THEY'RE ON . SINCE I'VE BEEN A SIZE 9 FOR MORE THAN 50 YEARS AND HAVE HAD NO SIMILAR PROBLEMS, I CAN ONLY SURMISE THAT THE FAULT LIES WITH THE MANUFACTURER, NOT MY FEET !

I mean they're decent. Vans are good shoes. But it can be a bit of a wrestle getting my foot in, and you can forget about lacing up all the holes. Otherwise my feet would never get in because of the angle (my feet are normal). So I leave the last two holes. But now the laces are too long so I gotta tuck them in. Whatever. They're still vans. Still decent.

These are lasting ages. Worn nearly every day, working, walking, jogging, milling about town, going out to the pub, the Gym, utterly comfortable. Faultless. Most trainers by now, the soles have split, the sides are coming away, glue is usually failing somewhere,... I use a lint roller to clean them, and once in a while I put them in a bag and wash them. (sometimes get muddy) Black has to be black, right? These trainers are great.
