Definitely effective from the first day of taking. Haven’t tried any other Ashitaba but this seemed like the best from the read and so far on day 3 it’s very noticeably effective. I stopped my usual regiment of supplements on the First day of taking and noticed a huge difference from my normal regiment. Will be getting again.

I love that the bottle came sealed with a tab on the lid. I’ve been taking for three days and noticed the color of my urine changed with just a tinge of yellow ( it was yellow with slight urine smell), no odor. My bowels have now return to a caramel brown color.I feel like it’s doing it’s job I will order more.

I consumed 1 bottle and the effect on me was my digestion is well and feels like it maintain my health balance.

I did not notice any difference but it could be because I don't take it every day. It may work for others.
