Good quality L-Methylfolate tablets.
Have been taking these for a while as its L-Methylfolate as opposed to Folate which can be harder for the body to absorb. Pretty ease to take, no side effects or anything. Monthly purchase via Amazon, no problems at all.

Natural form of folate
I usually buy direct from Zita but I had ran out and it was an emergency so ordered through Amazon. I've been using these for about 6 months now whilst TTC. I'm continuing their use in pregnancy also. Easy to swallow, no nasties.
