Not only are these products really great, the customer service I received to resolve a very minor issue was the best I've ever received on Amazon and elsewhere-- BY FAR. You all have a loyal customer in me!

I will not be repurchasing button supplies from this company. Each time I tried to apply the clear film, it either puckered, wrinkled, or didn’t fit properly. As a small business, I can’t ship these out to my customers so they will have to be thrown away. Very disappointed. I will be sourcing these supplies from a different seller moving forward.

The media could not be loaded. I bought these thinking they were the exact same backing as the ones included in the pin maker because It was from the same listing and brand. And when I opened them I found that the pin is looser and loud compared to the ones included with the maker. Not much of a difference in the quality just disappointed it wasn't what was advertised because in the listing picture it shows its the exact backing as the pins included eith the maker. Maybe I got a diffrent batch or didn't double check the listing. Otherwise it's still really good and it does make it easier to secure the pins.

I purchased the button maker and the refills simultaneously, knowing I would make many buttons. The kids loved them. After I ran out of the great original button materials that came with the button maker, I used the 100-piece button parts set. Well, those were terrible. I tried to make a button a few times and got frustrated because they weren't coming out right.
