Apart from the delivery drivers who delivered it to the wrong address! Once I got it and installed it, it works well as expected. Nice size ratio between fridge and freezer. So for one person, you can get a reasonable amount of frozen items stored and enough fridge items for what I need. Fits perfectly under counter. Reasonably quiet when operating. Nice compartment in freezer door, which makes room for items, unlike some other models which don't have this option. Everything stays frozen in the freezer and stays cold in the fridge, even on medium setting. Overall, so far, I would say this was a good choice. Value for money and reasonable quality. I just hope it lasts, but it's guaranteed for a year at least, so thumbs up from me for now.

Works well with multiple settings for the fridge. Very quiet also and compact. Fits more stuff than expected too considering its small size. Comes with a warranty also. The freezer is also quite cold.

Alot smaller than I thought it would be but it will do for a woman and baby.

I’ve been using the COMFEE’ RCT87BL2(E) Fridge Freezer for over two months now, and I absolutely love it! I specifically chose this model because it has a separate freezer and fridge, unlike the common type where the freezer is inside the fridge. Those tend to be too small and not practical for me, especially when doing my weekly shopping — but this freezer is spacious and fits all my frozen items perfectly.I keep it in my room, so the fact that it’s very quiet has been a real blessing — I barely notice it’s there. The black color matches really well with my furniture, and the overall size is perfect for one person like me.The fridge section is on the smaller side, but that’s expected with this type. So if you need a bigger fridge, go for the version with the freezer inside. But if your priority is a larger freezer, this model is ideal.I’m really happy with my purchase — it’s compact, efficient, quiet, and looks great. Highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic product, a real asset to my kitchen, comfortably holds pretty much all my chilled goods for a month, the freezer, may be a tad small if you're a family who uses a lot of frozen stuff but that's a small price to pay for the fridge space. Delivery time was amazing and the driver was happy had i wished to take it right to where I wanted it

The temperature range within the freezer compartment is huge. The thermostat can be set to get the freezer down to a low temperature but the compressor does not start again until the temperature rises way too much for the freezer section. It is therefore not possible to keep the freezer section at a reasonably constant temperature.The freezer can be taken down to -18c or lower but it might rise to -7c or even -5c before it starts up again. In fact, the temperature range within the freezer seems to be greater the colder thermostat is set. It is quite obvious that the thermostat only has relevance to the fridge compartment. If the unit is set to be colder, of course the fridge also becomes colder. The fridge part takes longer to increase in temperature than the freezer section therefore does not start up again for the whole unit early enough to stop the freezer rising in temperature too much.The fridge part rising in temperature enough to trigger the thermostat is made worse when the kitchen is cold as well.If the environment is not warm such as an unheated room, the compressor stays off for hours.All this would be solved if the compressor switched on more frequently and for shorter periods of time.Note, is difficult to contact Comfee but when having done so, not much help.They seem to know that this unit can stay off for a long time and think it's acceptable.The chat agents on Amazon are as useless, evasive and dishonest.

The under counter fridge is very good it comes with a ice tray and a scraper for the ice
