Secret Extensions - Hair Extensions by Daisy Fuentes, Brown/Black

I'm in my late 40's and my hair is not full as it used to be. I had been looking for solutions and I even used to go to hair salons to build glued extensions, which was horrible because it made me lose even more hair (The glued extensions pulled up my natural hair and it fell off!)In this sense - The secret extensions are perfect! They are comfortable, they don't pull up the natural hair and doesn't bother me at all. Also, it looks AMAZING! It perfectly blends with YOUR OWN HAIR and style.Sometimes when I get bored with my natural hair color, I add different shades and even different colors to create a unique look.SO WHY DID I GIVE ONLY 2 STARS? I can explain!1. The manufacturer is not generous. Too little hair on the band. You need to put 1.5 to look great (I sometimes break one to two)2. Be aware this is almost a one-time product. It doesn't last long and therefor too pricey. After 2-3 times you hang with it, it starts to get tangles and a dry look, just like real hair! But unlike real hair, you can't fix it. Trust me I have tried everything: I shampooed and washed it, I tried hair masks, , and even rectangle spray. Of course, I tried combing, it got worse.Trust me on that: Once the synthetic hair goes bad, it cannot be fixed. And gets worse every day until it looks just like dreadlocks :/Last week I got myself another one, and it got destroyed after two times I wore it! Two times.Because I'm aware of the short duration I usually get it for less, from eBay, and also from China. I would never agree to pay the full price again.3. The manufacturer doesn't want it to last long. (have I already said the manufacturer is not generous?).How do I know? Because there's another problem with the product: the band tends to get loose after a while. It is explained in the company's brochure that this cannot be fixed. They actually advise you to buy more "since it is cheap" (I'm quoting)I had to find out myself how easy it was to fix the loose band!All you need is a small tool that can be bought with a few bucks. You need to untighten the small piece of metal that holds the band, pull up the band, to make it short as it was before, and tighten again! So easy! but the manufacturer doesn't want you to know it :)

It's just one thin piece of hair, don't really give volume as it states. You need 2 at least to do what the video/pictures show.

very poor quality. Don't waste your money on this. They don't give volume at all. After the first wash they got all tangled and messed up.Bottom line: I would not recommend this to anyone. So, don't waste your money!

Very cheap in my opinion. The hair frays after two weeks and you can see the headband. I also broke a lot of head bands. I think they break way too easily. Found a better product that costs more, but I'm fine with paying more to get better quality.

Iove the color of these extenions. Thats the best part of them. It does take quite awaile to get them in properly and the band hidden. They dont last very long. They could be more durable than they are.

This product does not give you the extension look. It looks like strands of hair hanging down if you want the bottom of your hairs to look like it's been thinning for 30 years, go for it. But I sent it back. Wasn't happy with it and the seller was upset i didn't like it and only refunded me about 15% of the total.

Very disappointed with this product. I love Daisy Fuentes and saw this on the shopping network. When I saw it on Amazon I decided to get it. Unfortunately,I didn’t read the reviews which I always do and didn’t notice it was not returnable. Will figure out something to do with it but what a waste of 40.00 bucks.

These extensions I tried before couple years ago were to be invisible headband extensions, however this time, there was NOTHING to keep to your head, no invisible headband, no clips...I'm very dissapointed.....

it's a great idea but it's not long at all. looksstupid in my hair as it's much shorter . maybe longer lengths should be an option

They are fabulous, honestly. But you need 2 for fullness. Excellent tho. I love them

They are great if you want them as they, however if you want to style them you've got no chance, no matter how long I hold them in the curler, they come out just as straight as they went in!
