I'm loving the case. It's very sturdy, the wood front is very sleek and modern and overall just very easy to work in. I'm using it for my Plex server that has a 10400, 32gb ddr4 ram, 2x 4tb HDD's, 2x 1tb HDD's and a 500gb Samsung 970 for boot drive.Case actually is SMALLER then it looks in the pictures, which was a good thing for me since I love smaller builds. Plenty of room inside especially if you go with a mini itx board which I did. Cables were very easy to route in this case with no issues finding a path for them to the motherboard.

This case is an exceptional value, If your looking for a small form factor Nas case this is absolutely perfect. The build quality and materials are high quality. Building in this case is tight but doable. Cable routing for the 8pin CPU isn't great but no one will see that. There is a spot on the MB tray that can be cut out to run the 8pin CPU cable through, I didn't because it's not that big of a deal to me. There is no reset button on the front of the case. The front panel connector is a solid connector not individual connectors. This case is an item that I can highly recommend.

My unit had a DOA fan near the HDDs. I had to buy another ($10).It doesn't have walnut veneer as advertised.The case is laid out in such a way that the 24 pin ATX power connector couldn't reach. I had to buy an extender ($15)There is not any cable management help. There are not places to loose tie cables. There are only two holes in the plate between the top and bottom of the case and they are both on the sides near the back. The holes didn't have grommets and were rough enough to take some of the coating off my cables.The HDD cages don't use a sled system. Instead, it requires you to put 6 screws and grommets together on each HDD. It works but is as easy as other systems.Overall there were a lot of little problems and inconveniences I felt I shouldn't have had with a case charging this much.

I was surprised how much I loved this thing once it arrived!Pros:- No sharp corners or metal. Compared to some of the devices I've received, especially how much you have to grab and reach into the case to e.g. route the SATA cables, there are no sharp edges I've found.- Very compact given the # of bays, and SATA backplane (left side) works great. Left side of bay is hot swap, right side has to be manually set up, which is a little annoying, but the price you won't hear anything bad out of me.- Looks amazing. I love looking at this in my homelab setup.- Quiet, takes a regular SFX compact power supply, doesn't have any giant extra fans like getting a decomm'd enterprise server off eBay.- Powerful (or as powerful as you want it). Since it just takes a MicroATX board, I have consolidated many services into one including all my Proxmox VMs, as I installed my own Ryzen 5600 processor instead of having to deal with some integrated low-end N95 or 100 CPU. Has room for 3 or 4 PCIe slots (half height) on your ITX/mATX board as well.Cons:- As mentioned, having the right side bay (inlcuding the 2.5" drives) need to be manually set up with the SATA power and cabling is a bit of a PIA. But this is a very inexpensive device. But I only needed two drives on that side.- No remote console. You can obviously DIY one yourself (I got the AOOCOO HDMI USB KVM Extender Over Cat 6/7 to solve this). Some IPMI module with built-in power would be ideal, but again this is not enterprise hardware and it's certainly not enterprise pricing.I am super happy I took a chance on this, will report back if I have any issues, but so far it's been at least a month and has been smooth sailing.

Unsurprising to anyone this case is somewhat cramped to work in. Anyone with any system build experience could have called that. What couldnt have been called however was how obnoxiously bad the included fan is. When i tried running the NAS i built in it over night all i could hear was this low pulse constantly through the night. Eventually i turned it off from my phone and ordered a noctua fan for it. Upon inspecting this bundled no-name fan i noticed it had a very pronounced wobble which was likely the culprate of the awful noise. After a fan change and opting to use the 4-pin fan header on the motherboard instead of the 3-pin header on the daughterboard the acustics arent bad (and the cooling is ever so slightly better)Another issue that is minor for me but could be major for someone else: be sure to observe the length of the motherboard power connector on your PSU. You want something thats over long so you can route it off to the side and back around instead of straight through the front side as doing this will make the top 2 drive bays un-usable. Not a deal breaker for me but if you had planned on using all avalible bays this could be an issue for you. This probably goes without saying but i highly recomend a modual PSU to pair with this case because, as stated previously its very cramped and while you have basically 360 access to the top chamber you dont have the same ease of access to the bottom chamber.If you are planning on using this case for a system that does more demanding tasks than acting as a home storage or media server i would probably look elsewhere as there is only 1 120mm fan mount and there isnt a lot of room for a GPU or a good cooler for a modern high end CPU. Still for a NAS for a home lab or media server it's beautiful and functional.Ps: also be aware that there is a green indicator light on the daughter board that is very apparent in the dark. I mention this because i was unaware of it until i had gotten it up and running and i couldnt find infor about this anywhere prior.
