You will be given instructions for sending the unit to our facility. - Once your unit arrives, it will immediately be taken to our qualified technicians for repair. - The screen will be replaced with a brand new part and processed using premium Quality Control Standards. - The item will be well packaged and shipped (insured) back to the customer. You will be provided frequent status updates throughout the repair process. - Note: WE ASK THAT YOU ONLY SEND THE TOP ASSEMBLY WITH THE BROKEN LCD. NOT THE WHOLE UNIT. Please have a qualified technician remove the top assembly for shipment and re-install it when it is returned to you.
