Ironically, I culture live marine phytoplankton (nannochloropsis and tetraselmis) to feed to my petbsea monkeys and they THRIVE when that's the only thing they eat. They grow faster, reproduce more, and live longer. Of course, what I make for them isn't for human consumption.So when this showed up in my Vine feed I was automatically intrigued. Within 3 days of taking these phyto tablets, my 💅🏿 have grown super fast and I feel more energetic! Lmao, I see why my little sea monkeys go on a feeding frenzy when I pour this in their tank lol. I can't wait to see the effects after a full month!

This is one of those supplements that I've read about and have been told are good for health, but I can't honestly say that it helps a lot. My biggest complaint of it is that I hate that the dosage is 5 pills and that they are so small. I have had some stick going down (the coating isn't that great other) and others have slipped through my fingers and fallen on the floor. I wish they had made each one five-times larger and then you could only take one.

Can that much goodness really be compacted into such a small pill? They want you to take 5 of them a day and I'm guessing they don't just make bigger versions because your body breaks down the smaller version easier. At the recommended 5 a day, this bottle of 1000 should last 200 days, so the cost is pretty low when you take that into consideration. If you were to perhaps just take 4 a day, this one container could pretty much be a years' supply. For the potential, natural benefit that's a deal you really can't beat. The question is; does that much goodness really come from little pills of phytoplankton? My fingers are crossed it does...

Great and fast acting. I noticed a level of energy that I had not had before. I think this product has helped increase my focus. I believe the quality to be good since it’s been very effective for me. there is no nasty aftertaste or burps.

The first time I took this supplement I felt amazing within 45 minutes like I had more energy and it stayed that way for a couple of hours. I like that the pills are very small and easy to swallow and don't upset my stomach at all. I feel like they're very nutrient dense and high quality. I will definitely be purchasing more of this supplement and I definitely recommend it to others.

I'm not sure what it's supposed to do, but I have no ill effects after using it. It has a strong taste but no digestive burp so that's a plus. It comes pretty well sealed.
