In the Personal I am satisfied with these wonderful gummies, I currently have two jobs and I almost always spend it with stress, it is difficult for me to sleep many times, but since I have been using these gummies, I have felt a lot of tranquility and relaxation. I have given myself a lot to reduce stress and to be able to fall asleep the last few days, I am so grateful for the components with which the gummies are made because they have really given me a solution to this problem of insomnia and continuous stress that I have had in recent months, due to my two jobs. They are not addictive and you can consume them at any time before or after feeding, they do not irritate your stomach or give you side effects, they are really very good

I struggle with sleep and had been taking a different magnesium gummie that I thought was working for me until I found these! I think its the Ltheanine that adds to making these great gummies. I have now purchase my second bottle after I went back to the other gummies and found that those werent working. I love these that I refer these to my friends all the time. Taste isnt bad also. I fall asleep and sometimes feel like my sleep is so deep that I have a hard time waking up at my normal time…which is good for me since I have a physical job and do crossfit. I need that extra sleep for sure! Im super consistent with them taking them each night. My suggestion…take them consistently and you just may feel a difference in your sleep.

Well, I just started taking these Magnesium Glycinate with L-Theanine gummies from Lunakai and so far I've loved them. First of all, the flavor is super delicious, like berries, not bitter or weird at all, they feel like candy.I bought them because I was looking for something to help me with stress and feel a little calmer during the day, and they've really worked for me. I've felt more relaxed, I'm sleeping a little better, and I'm not so mentally burdened.Something I really liked is that they're GMO-free and come in gummy forms, which is a thousand times better than having to take pills.

I do love these but the gummies are always stuck together. The only way to get the gummies out is if I stick my fingers in the bottle and peel them apart. A small inconvenience but I will still buy them.

They taste pretty good, but they are really hard to get out of the bottle because they are all stuck together. They also don’t seem to have a lot of magnesium or l-theinene in them, even though the serving size is two. I wish I would’ve looked closer because the magnesium is only 14% of daily value and if someone with anxiety that needs a lot of magnesium, this isn’t sufficient.

I was looking to a good magnesuim that didnt leave an after taste. This magnesuim was amazing. I was looking for something to help calm my nerves lower my cortisol and stress i take this right before bed and sleep like a baby. The next day things that used to easlity stress me doesnt have me crashing out like it used to . Great Product.
