Qualify Grill
I've bought cheaper grills at Home Depot before. Not this time. The grill is well-constructed. I like the fact that the burners cook evenly. Although it took more time and energy to put the grill together than I expected, instructions are straightforward and easy to follow.

Good small to medium grill; reasonably priced.
Even heat distribution; like the big fire box for whole chickens and tri-tips; only disappointment was the threaded holding pin for propane bottle. To make it actually serve its purpose would require some modification.

Great Weber quality
Always excellent Weber quality.Putting it together was complicated by the fact that we were watching YouTube instructions for the previous generation - the one with locking wheels.

This unit was packed very well. Every piece had a plastic bag or covered with cardboard very well protected. Very easy directions with pictures. Had a problem with shipping. The item was1 stop from my house at 6PM then Auto Track suddenly shut down and they said package will still come by 9pm. Stayed up till10pm and no grill. No I'm sorry no explanation customer service couldn't or wouldn't help, gave me some stupid phone number and that didn't go well. At least the driver should have called and said see you tomorrow.

Great grill!
This grill fit my needs at an affordable price! I was about to pull the trigger on a Genesis at Home Depot for $800 but then found this for about half the price! No complaints

Damaged.
The media could not be loaded. I unboxed my new Weber bbq today and it is bent on the lid and the porcelain has come off where it is bent. It’s definitely to heavy to send back unless someone come to rebox it and lift it. I’m not sure what to do.
