First one arrived smashed box was unmarkedIt looks fragile BUT it works extremely well I did not need to set it up to my Apple TV boxJust put batteries in and clickIt has made life so much easier than my original Apple RemoteI think I will buy a spare as I find that purchases this good often sell outI would recommend

Works well especially for the price, I took my Apple TV to my son‘s to shame some photos unfortunately I forgot the remote control so I bought this one from Amazon and to be quite honest it done everything I wanted it to so build quality so so, but it done the trick would recommend

What is the point in a remote control with no volume buttons? Total waste of time, unless you have the other remote control to do the volume and therefore do not need a replacement. Makes no sense to me

I ruined my Apple remote by spilling a G&T over it! This replacement works really well. In fact I think I prefer it over the original. It connected to Apple TV perfectly as soon as the batteries were installed, with no set up at all. All the controls have a positive click action and once you get used to it, I find it more precise than the Apple version which could sometimes be a bit vague when scrolling. It’s also less slippery and easier to handle. The only thing it doesn’t have, unlike the Apple version, is a volume control, which is a shame, so I need the TV remote to adjust the sound. But for the money, I’m more than happy.

Bought to replace my original apple box HD remote which just stopped working for no reason. I got tired of using a mobile app and wasn't going to pay the stupid prices apple ask for a replacment, so this looked like it would do the job. I wasn't expecting much but this thing works better than the original. Strolling is easier, selecting is easier, the one thing missing is voice control.

My daughter dropped our Apple TV 4K remote and the glass shattered so I wanted a replacement.An official one was around £60 and this was 10% of the cost.It’s nothing like the proper one but you know that going in. The materials are quite cheap, it’s quite a bit bigger than the official one and I’m not sure how long it will last but it works and that’s all I needed at this price.It did take me a few attempts to get it synched but I think the main thing to remember is it needs line of sight to the Apple TV box whereas the official one doesn’t as such.One thing I do miss is the menu button as being able to hold that to put all devices to sleep was really handy.Overall it’s fine, easy to use and cheap
