The capsules are a manageable size and thankfully don’t have that weird earthy aftertaste that some strong herbal blends do which was a relief because I wasn’t in the mood to taste the jungle. I started taking it in the morning with my breakfast and after about a week I noticed I had more stamina during workouts and wasn’t dragging as much through the afternoon slump which is usually when I start second guessing all my life choices. This Fadogia Agrestis 1500mg with Tongkat Ali supplement by Old School Labs is like all others.This Fadogia Agrestis with Tongkat Ali supplement didn't bring forth any change. I've tried many Tongkat Ali supplements throughout the years and despite working out 5 days a week and eating well I never see any changes.The extra strength and advance formula along with positive reviews gets me every time when it comes to this type of supplement but the end result wasn't so much disappointing as it was underwhelming. Fortunately this product isn't too costly but based on my experience I would not recommend this product.

Small pills are easy to take with no offputting taste. I feel better taking these, as I'm getting a little older, a testosterone boost can't hurt! Priced well
