DEFECTED LED LIGHT
It’s beautiful, but the light doesn’t work. It flickers like it has a short in it and sometimes it doesn’t come on at all. I bought this because my son loves LED FAUCETS. Not returning it because it’s already put together. It will do for now until I can get one that actually works.Other than the light not working, the waterfall faucet is beautiful!

Beautiful, but very loud
This faucet is FUN, and beautiful, but it makes a lot of noise when you turn it on and the flow of water is a lot. It is not a water saver in any way. It was easy to install and I love seeing all the different colors. I bought 2 of them, but I would not recommend them if the sink is next to a bedroom wall.

Volume of water from wide spout way too much for a sink.
In my opinion, this would be best used for a bathtub. For a bathroom sink, the volume of water is way too much to wash your hands or brush your teeth. My guests have also commented on the huge volume of water coming from the faucet. I've tried to turn the under sink valves down to restrict flow but that makes the LED lights not work because they need the volume and it makes the flow uneven and splashes the counter. The volume of water used in my area is very expensive and wasteful. I'll be shopping for something that is narrower and uses less water.

Beautiful fixture
This is a beautiful addition to our bathroom. Works as expected. Turn it on and water comes out. I love the light on this faucet. The model we have is loud when the handle is fully open. If you reduce the water flow or pressure, it will function quieter. Also, when I contacted customer service they were very responsive to my issue. They also mentioned that there are 2 different faucet models; one with batteries and one without batteries. To date, there are no selectable options with this product order (batteries or no batteries). You may receive either model depending on their supplier.

Incredible faucet
The faucet was just installed recently and really looks nice. The grandkids love it and I am hoping cleanliness is a little more fun for them now. Although my husband is the one who picked out this faucet due to the light feature. I must say I am pleasantly surprised that it looks so nice and I love the wide spout feature.

too good to be true
We could not get the LED portion to work and the faucet splashes all over the place. Installation wasn't too bad but it could use better directions. when we couldn't get the LED lights to work i couldn't find any online tip to make them work. we gave up and set it back
