This is a great toothpaste which has Black Seed, baking soda, Neem extract, Mint oil and Clove, and all organic. If you look up the health benefits for teeth for each ingredient, you will find that all of them are excellent in their own way to obtain healthy teeth and gums. I love this toothpaste and it's the only brand I have used for at least 4 years.
