Best desktop
I've only ever owned HP computers but used other brands at work. I love this new desktop - it's fast and has Windows 11 installed. However, it was supposed to come with a wireless keyboard and mouse. I did not get the keyboard and the mouse is wired. The seller was great and compensated me for the missing and incorrect items. I appreciated their quick response. Would definitely deal with this seller again.

Important to know
Love Love Love this computer!! I had two Dell's one from Amazon and one from NewEgg. They both flopped.Thank you for this computer. It is a HP. The only thing I miss is the DVD/reWr but Ill get an external one. Also,all the ports I use are on the back and the Dell had almost all of the wires on the front. I was actually worried about the grandkids touching or rubbing them by accident. My old Dell all the wires were on the back. This HP does have ports on the front, but don't need to use them. Thank you HP. and I understand that HP stands behind this computer for a full year. Thank you for that also HP.

Advertised Wireless Keyboard and Moouse Replace by Wired Keyboard and Mouse
The add clearly states that a wireless keyboard and mouse are included. When I opened the box, there was a wired keyboard and mouse inside. And the keyboard was pretty cheap and noisy. I chose to use the wireless mouse and very good, wired keyboard from my old computer. People buying this product should be aware that at least my box did not include what was advertised and their order might be not arrive as advertised. That said I do like the computer.

Tower in name only
Beware this tower computer. In the past I have always bought tower PCs so that I can upgrade as necessary. I looked at the back panel of this pc and thought it had the upgradability I was used to. Nope, the drive bays did not exist. There are no power cables inside the box and I believe the power supply is only 280 watts. HP's product support has really slipped. I couldn't find any answers to questions that I had. This PC is really just a tower in name only. Luckily for me I think the PC is powerful enough as is that I can get by with it. But, I do feel burned.
