Very disappointed with the vendor, Globally. I received my unit and from the first time I tried to light the burner, the electric start would spark, but the burner wouldn’t light. I have tried to return the unit and the vendor refused stating “Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned”. Really? There is no gas that remains in the burner tube once you disconnect it. Now I need to use a lighter for both burner where my old one only had one burner that wouldn’t light. Don’t buy from Globally unless you are ready to take a chance.
