This oil was recommended to me by a nutritionist who is trying to help me with an inflammatory condition. I must use 2-6 Tblsp daily. I can put it on just about any meat or salad and not even notice a difference in taste! It helps add moisture to meats that may have dried out from microwaving, and it is especially nice on fish. I really enjoy using it and hope it is doing good things inside my body!

Since I am allergic to all fish and shellfish I need an alternative to fish oil to lower my cholesterol. This is an easy way to get a balanced oil that lowers my cholesterol while keeping inflammation in check. I received my delivery within the estimated times and in perfect shape.

This is great for daily health. 1/2 tsp straight is what I do but most would probably like to add it to a drink or smoothie which would be very easily done. It's not super strong smelling or potent although it does have a hint of a smell which it would duh it's basically fish oil just a really good one. Easy delivery, arrived in good shape without damage. Would buy again.

The bottle specifically says do not heat, yet mine was HOT when it arrived and leaking from the lid.

I like this product. It has helped my skin to look and feel better. This is not to be taken continuously. Maybe a couple of months and stop and then again in six months to keep the body healthy.

After I had my second Moderna shot, I felt light headed and dizzy. After I took this for a few days, the symptoms went away. I am ordering again!
