BodumPavina Double Wall Espresso/Shot Glass - Set of 2

These are perfect & boyfriend loves them for his morning espresso.

The glasses are light, smooth, and refined. They hold 60ml of liquid easily. I bought these stand alone. I subsequently bought glass saucers.

I've had a pair of these for several years. Since purchasing those I rarely drank my espresso from anything else. Dropped and broke one the other day, and immediately sought replacement. For me, nothing else is close. Not for lattes, cappuccinos, etc. Double shots of espresso. The best.

This is a fine cup for espresso. We enjoy it. But one of ours was missing the silicone gasket. We decided not to send it back. That was a bad choice. Without the gasket, moisture easily collects inside the double walls. It appears to be impossible to get out. Wondering how long before mold grows in there. So, if the silicone gasket ever falls off or is missing, you've got a problem. I suppose it's effectively an esthetic problem as only the appearance is blemished. But still, it looks funky with that moisture inside the double wall.

I’ve reordered a second time. After 2 years I finally broke one so I purchased a new set. These are well made but of course you don’t want to drop them like I did.

Great espresso shot glasses. the quality is worth the price.

These are ideal espresso glasses. They allow you to see the crema during the pour, watch the settling and keep the shot hot until you are ready to drink it. They are remarkably light and feel delicate. They are apparently hand-blown in China and have a beautiful egg-like appearance. However, in the first set I bought, one glass had a small hole in the bottom (when I washed it water came in through the point used to blow the glass), but this was easily replaced. In other minor complaints, it would be nice if Bodum didn't feel the need to paint their logo across the bottom. Despite these minor defects, I love these cups and use them for every pour.

I can’t fault the glasses nor the quality, having several larger sets. BUT CHANGE THE DESCRIPTION AND SUBJECT. 0.4 Liters is not SMALL. Small is 0.1 Liter or less. These are closer to a double shot.

Questi bicchieri da caffè a doppia parete sono incredibilmente belli e funzionali. La doppia parete crea un indubbio effetto estetico di impatto ed ha anche il pregio di tenere il caffè caldo per molto tempo. Cosa impagabile con i caffè a cialde, che spesso fanno un caffè non bollente, che messo in una tazza di ceramica si fredda immediatamente. Con queste tazzine il problema non esiste e vi potrete gustare un caffè caldissimo, anche se non fatto con la moka!

Cool to touch on the outside but hot coffee inside. Beautifully made and nice to look at.
