Yes, this is the best sharpener I've ever owned.
The reviews are right on. I'm no chef but I have filleted a lot of fish in my days. I have never been able to get my Victorinox knives as sharp as with this product. Saw this on YouTube videos of commercial fisherman reviewing it. Dexter knives are their first choice too. Very satisfied.

Work great
I have Dexter knives for filleting fish. They are excellent but with use, they will dull. This works great to keep them sharp. I had previously purchased a different knife to fillet fish but it was dull to begin with and not usable. This was able to put a sharp edge to allow it to be used.

Works
I love it. I brought some dead blades back to razor with it, it takes out the guesswork for me. I am legally blind and this makes life easier for sure. I bought another just to have one in my tackle box now lol.
