Purple Rice
My 1st time having this rice variety and I love it. It has a nutty, flavor. It's has nutritional value, white rice doesn't really have any nutritional value. Fiber, plus, some protein, rich in antioxidants and so much more. I will only buy purple rice from now on.

I like this purple rice favourable but not too strong. I'm not sure whether it is glutinous or non glutinous but definitely seems less starchy than white rice
