Great Hair Oil
I am very pleased with this hair oil. I have been using a few weeks now and it really makes my hair soft and it seems to be growing thicker. I am looking forward to it possibly getting less gray too. Time will tell. I apply in the days I plan to wash for a few hours prior. I follow the directions to massage and get the blood flowing as I apply. It smells like sesame oil. It is a bit strong, but I am used natural oil smells from years of holistic facial products. It’s just natural and earthy which I find pleasant. I did also purchase from the companies website their jasmine hair oil. I alternate that one every few washes. That one is much stronger smelling and very herbal, and it does not smell like jasmine at all. But it too makes my hair so soft and shiny. I highly recommend these hair oils and the company is very reputable and makes quality holistic products.

Works great; fragrance could be better
This is an excellent oil for hair and scalp. I have coarse wavy/curly hair and after a treatment, my curls are nice and defined. It helps keep my scalp clear as well. The oil seems a little less heavy and "sinks in" better than others I've tried.I do wish it smelled better. It has a strong earthy (as in dirt) herbal scent which isn't very pleasant to my nose. I like using a little bit of oil on my hair on non-wash days, but because of the scent I reserve this one for pre-wash oiling only (I leave it in for 1-3 hours, which is about as long as I can tolerate it) and use a different Brahmi Amla oil as a leave-in.Nevertheless, this is obviously the real deal and I do recommend it, provided you can deal with the fragrance.
