The media could not be loaded. Bought two of the 3gang smart switches to control 4 circuits in my garden. They are the only example of a App-controlled weatherproof smart switches that I could find and they work great. See video for them in action.The set up and installation is very easy. The boxes themselves have enough space inside to install everything without fuss as you can see from my photos.Registering them with the Smart Life app is straightforward and it functions perfectly. With the app I can create smart automations - e.g. lights on at sunset, off at 11pm. It also syncs up with my Google Home so I can set up further automations, use voice control or control the lights from my Google Nest display.It's an important measure of a company for how it handle issues, and by that measure Nineleaf are excellent. The first switch I received had a fault and Nineleaf responded quickly to support and had sent the replacement by next-day delivery before the faulty unit had been returned.Highly recommend these switches from Nineleaf for anyone looking to add smart controls to electrical circuits in their garden.

Brilliant item. Remote works great once paired to the unit. To do this, with the cover on the unit removed. Press and hold the little button and it will blink and your done.

General concept, delivery, instructions and ingress protection of junction box seem fine. The issue is functionality.Since installing, the junction box has had constant connection issues with the wifi system. This isn't resolved through changing location of the system or moving closer to the router, but seems to be inherent.The product is reliant on a slightly ropey third party app, but that alone wouldn't be a reason not to buy.There is no retailer to contact, or help desk you can talk to that will give you product support when things start to go wrong.After a month of trying different solutions, the connection issues remain. The lights I spent so much time installing now flash uncontrollably, and I will have to replace this product with something from a more reputable company. Real shame, as the moments where it works are a joy, but the headaches you'll encounter when it doesn't aren't worth it!Strongly suggest you avoid. If you decide to chance it, get your testing done within the 1 month return period so that you can get a refund when it fails.Update: NineLeaf contacted me based on this review to offer a refund and some trouble shooting. Nineleaf confirmed the product is defective, and I accepted the refund. I would rather have a working product, but at least now I can go and buy one.

have tried three other makes of waterproof!! outside switches. This one is by far the best and it also has a remote that works

I've had one of these pond switch boxes for some six years fine with remote that works, but 3 problems to be aware of .... 1 - if the box is exposed to direct hot sunlight it wont switch off/on. ... 2 - the small wiring connectors are very awkward ... 3 - the insert washers to seal the cables from moisture remain loose with 2 core cables when fully tightened.The inlet shown on the end of the box is for the incoming cable but blanked off, recommend you use rear inlet and seal the unit to the wall with silicone, also look better.Otherwise not bad.

It is an over all good product, the app works and it is just needed to switch on and off but can be done with a standard switch. Works weel and no issues. Electric usage is low, but with the cover gets to hot and start flashing.

Quick delivery, connection posts improved from previous model, easy to set up but make sure you have WiFi available at location. Yet to determine level of water resistance.
