It is hard plastic, not cheaply made at all. There are lines on the mask, we took a sharpie and drew on the lines to make the mask really scary and stand out. You def need to order the wig too as this is what made the costume.

Im 6ft and weigh around 165 which size is good for me?

I believe it was an adult large and my husband is a big guy, so large I believe will be good. Just make sure the length is good for you..should give measurements
