Will a roomba push this over or will it block the roomba as well?

Could this be used under a fridge?

I don't see why not, as long as you have enough room under and enough off the lip of the fridge to secure it. I found the tape they had was not enough but I am fighting against dogs and toys. It may work better for the fridge.

Could we attach this to the bottom of our fence gate to prevent our dogs from going under it?

Not sturdy enough for that; perfect for dogs who roll their toys under the couch (accidentally or on purpose).

Can I attach to bed and not floor?

You could attach it to the bed frame , yes. But, the surface needs to be very hard so you could not attach it to a material softer than metal, wood, tile, etc.
