I got this knee wrap for my aching knees, and it's actually pretty helpful. I had surgery on both of my knees and I'm constantly looking for ways to keep them from aching regularly. The heat setting feels really nice and soothing, especially when my joints are stiff. Then there's this air pressure thing – it squeezes and releases around your knee, kind of like a gentle massage, which seems to help with swelling and just makes it feel better. I like that you can change how it massages and how strong the pressure is, so you can find what works for you. It's definitely relaxing to use after being on my feet or when the pain flares up. For me, it's been a good way to get some relief right at home. I can easily use it in the living room while enjoying my show or in my bedroom before falling asleep as it will go through the cycle and eventually turn itself off. The vibration levels are easily adjusted and it is not loud like others in the market.

I bought this item to assist with knee pain and muscle tightness in the knee area due to extensive hours that I spend on the Pickleball court. As soon as I got this item, I tried it out and immediately liked the massaging sensation that I got, and the use of the heat function greatly assisted with loosening up the muscles surrounding my knee and provided immediate relief while using it. I have used this item for four days now twice a day and I’m beginning to feel that it is providing longer -term relief. I will continue to use it and expect that the immediate relief that I feel while using it will translate it into less pain in my knees on a go forward basis. I absolutely love this product.

These work great. The only thing is that you have been near a wall outlet while using them. It would be better if they were rechargeable

I am an avid tennis/pickleball player and hard courts are hard on your legs, especially knees. I wanted to buy a knee massager that I can just use while resting or watching something. This has been great. You can choose 2 levels of heat and 3 compression levels. My husband a knee surgery a few years ago and it has been bothering him. He likes it! The sizes are great for women and men, so it works for more than one person.

I got this during a Prime Day sale. I have been using it daily since I got it so it's been over a week. I am a regular jogger/runner and I am starting to feel the miles I've put on my knees and legs hence the need for some pain relief. There are a few settings in terms of rhythm/cadence of the air compression but the one that really seems to work best for me is when I turn the heat on in addition to the compression. I use it for about 10-15 min while I watch TV or work on the computer after a run+shower. Definitely seems to help and keeps me from using pain meds which is a win. It's fairly compact and stows away nicely in the included bag along with the small power supply.It comes with a cord that splices into two that goes into each power plug for the knees. One thing I like is I've also been able to use this with my elbows even though that's not really what it's for (I play tennis once a week). Seems to help with circulation.Update Thanksgiving Day. Avoid this poor QC product. Left leg stopped turning on. It just stopped. I tried swapping the powered ends to no avail. Too far out of the return period unfortunately.

I am no happy with this product.- can’t feel any heat at all- you turn it on and it shuts off quickly.- you have to keep it plugged in so you are tethered to the spot you are in and can’t really adjust your leg much
