Just to give some background im on the birth control implant and get bv easily so I’ve been a little dry lately due to hormones and PH. First day gave me a head ache and a little trouble sleeping but maybe it’s just me since I’m not a huge supplement taker. Not an issue anymore though. Currently taking it with my BV medication. As far as a difference in moisture I do see a difference not sure if it’s because my BV is going away from my medication or if it’s because of this. but I am pretty wet. Not soaking like some of the reviews say but definitely a noticeable difference to where you wanna kinda wanna call your boo up. (P.s - a lot of sea buckthorn supplements are 500-1000mg per capsule, these are only 300mg so today I decided to start taking 4 a day to equal 800mg per day which is still not too strong. The product is great. I have been using it for almost 3 months now and so far, no vaginal dryness or itchiness. It really did help with the dryness. I am postmenopausal for over 8 years now and tried other products and nothing really helped me. I tried the membrasin but it was just too expensive to use forever. This is a better price and I think it works just as well.
