What are the names of the colors included?

I'm not sure of the exact names, but I can give you an overview of all the colors. There are 4 black, 3 blue, 1 dark blue, 3 different lighter shades of blue, 1 green, 1 dark green, 1 lime green, 1 red, 1 burgundy(ish...almost like a brown), 1 pink, 1 light brown, 1 orange, and 1 purple.

What size would be the best for journal writing?

That would depend upon the size of the journal and the individuals handwriting.

Do you get what want in this photo? All the colors come together?

I ordered and received the 8-pack of colored Pilot G-2 pens, but yes, I did get everything in the photo that was provided for the 8-pack photo, not the 20-pack (only because that's not the one I ordered). All the colors came together. Hope this helps!

Does this set include glitter, neon, metallic? I am looking for a set of just regular gel.

I don't believe so. I have only written with about 4 of them so far. There are a couple black pens that are the same item. Maybe the red also. I think they are just the regular gel colors.
