Gives a lot of room to cook whatever. I line the bottom with foil so I do t have to clean the drippings. So far everything I made on it comes out tasty and the top part is easy enough to clean.

We use this Nordic pan for cooking bacon and it works great. We have been using it for a few years now and it has held up super well. It is a bit discolored from the grease and washing, but still holding up and works great. It is lightweight and holds a lot of bacon, but not a whole normal size package of Oscar Meyer. Easy to clean and drain hot grease or wait and scrape the cold grease. Works well for bacon in the oven.

Leave some marks at the bottom after first use.

I've used this a few times now to make french fries. I had to put aluminum foil on it to prevent my smaller fries from falling down. I did not use any oil. I baked them and they were delicious, just like I air fried them. I love this pan. I'm so glad that I bought it.

So far, I've used this baking tray and rack quite a few times since I received it. It is lightweight, but hasn't warped, and has been easy to clean. I'm quite happy with it, and would repurchase it again if needed.

Works well for making bacon in the oven. It is a bit of a bear to clean afterwords though. Pan quality is more than sufficient.

It’s my first time with an air fryer so I’m new to what I should have and do. My son has used this pan many, many times now and loves it. It cleans up easily (nary any obvious signs of use). I’m delighted with this purchase.

Looks okay--kind of cheaply made, not sturdy, though. Also the delivery person didn't follow instructions.
