It worked great
I brought some other brands, they didn't hold up with temperature of the heating element. This is holding up great.

A little thin but functional.
Has to replace some clips by a dryer heating element. These worked just fine but they were not as heavy as the steel originals. Time will tell how long they last but for today the dryer is fully operational.

Fixed my dryer
Drying clothes is, like- the main reason to have a dryer, so when mine stopped doing that, I was concerned. Being a large man, I couldn’t fit inside to find the problem, so I sent Cliff (pictured) in. I was as shocked as he was when he came out with that burnt connector. I had some similar looking ones about, but my googling told me I needed something different for this application. I asked an electrician friend- “Do I need a special high temperature quick disconnect?” He told me to simply replace it with exactly what I took off. I was puzzled by this response, and explained that I had taken it off because it wasn’t working, and if I put it back on, I’d be back to square one. He heaved a weary sigh and rephrased- “Replace it with another one just like it.” Thus edified, I returned to amazon and searched “quick disconnects, burnt and melty” finding nothing that fit the bill, I returned to my friends house, but the house was empty. A neighbor raking leaves asked if I needed help. I said I was looking for Chris the electrician. The neighbor said that there had been an electrician named Chris living there, but that he had died in 1986.....Back home, I searched again, figuring I could get a fresh connector and burn it myself before attaching it. They arrived in short order. I was firing my acetylene torch when Cliff suggested I let him try using it as is. I relented, and Cliff re-entered the dryer. He emerged a short time later and bid me test it out. Having no clothes in need of drying at that point, I wet myself, removed my pants, and tossed them in. A short time later, it was clear that my dryer was indeed once again drying clothes. Which, again, is like- the main reason to have a dryer.5 stars.
