I ordered these to replace my earbuds from another LG product as I lost one of the earbuds. This was for Tone Free UT90Q. It was a shame because these were the best earbuds that I ever bought, although not from Amazon. These are very good quality but not as good as the previous mentioned earbuds. So, to summarise the product is good but please read below about the seller.Please DO NOT BUY any product sold or shipped by Defnece Store . I asked for the item to be delivered to my home address. The delivery date was between May13th & May 16th. When it didn't arrived I emailed the seller who said it was at a UPS drop off point, and after Googling the destination, it turned out to be at a newsagent. No message from UPS either, but this may not be a fault of theirs. So I had to walk to collect the item, a round journey of one and a half miles. I have been suffering from a knee injury so was not at all happy with this, although relived to actually have the item in my hands. NO COMMUNATION from this company before hand and if I was not computer literate then the parcel would have been returned to the seller. Two days after I had picked it up I got a message from the seller to state that the parcel had been picked up and as they strive to give good customer service could I leave them a seller review which I have done, no guesses how that panned out. Great value purchase
Great alternative to Apple product for frequent use on my iPhone and iPad. Bought from the Amazon Warehouse as used. Box was open and only missing warranty card. Great bargain. Sound is excellent. Fit is very comfy. Easy to connect and use but app isn’t anything great. Works on my Apple Mini M1 and MacBook Air. For me, much more comfortable than Apple equivalent.

Unreliable. LG support is abysmal
Bought in November 2021. Great earbuds at a competitive price but stopped working in June 2022. Asked for refund/replacement in July 2022 (since still under warranty). LG have agreed to refund but still (November 2022) am awaiting that payment.Needless to say, I'd be highly reluctant to purchase anything made by LG in the future.

Great earbuds but some limiting undocumented features
For a while I tried to decide whether to get these or the more expensive Apple AirPods Pro. Eventually went for these especially because of the ability to plug a non-bluetooth source into the case and then stream this to the earbuds.Connected them to my iPhone, having installed the associated app, and great sound, great features.BUT, there are limitations which are not, as far as I can see, documented anywhere.1. You can only connect these two one bluetooth source at a time, so if you playing music on your laptop and then your phone rings, they cannot automatically switch.2. You can run the app on your phone to adjust the EQ settings or ANC settings, BUT, when you connect to a different device these settings are lost. This means, having done the set up on my phone, whenever I connect to another device, laptop for example, all my settings are lost. What is more frustrating, and LG support just do not seem to understand this, there is no way on my Mac to set the EQ and ANC settings, so I am just stuck with the defaults. This is the same with my iPad as well, as for some reason the app although it connects to the earbuds via Bluetooth the app does not recognise they are connected. LG support did not even answer this part of my question. In terms of accessing the EQ settings for their earbuds, LG support told me that I needed to contact Apple about that! "but they are your earbuds that I am trying to update the settings for".3. The LG Support is, in my opinion, distinctly lacking. They seem to have no appreciation that someone might want to use their earbuds for multiple devices and want to be able to update the settings, or at least keep the settings they saved for another devices. Very poor so I gave up with them as I was getting no where.I so wanted to give these a higher rating as connected to my phone they are awesome. The ANC is fantastic, much to the frustration of my wife but it means I could not hear any of the noise from our next door neighbours builders which has been annoying me for weeks, but no more!LG, please sort out the minor niggles and these could be an amazing product! But now I suspect most will opt for the more expensive AirPods pros because of their auto-switching between devices.

Fuss free connection and excellent sound
Another quality product from LG. Paired first time with phone and iPad. Noise cancelling is very effective. Sound quality good. Comfortable to wear.

Noise reduction ineffective
Update:Had these for a while now. I hate them. They don't stay in my ears. They just fall out, even when sitting down. I know we all have slightly different ear canals, but you would have thought they could design them with some kind of adapter to cope.Of course, because of the length of time I have had them and hygene they can't be returned. So I have lost my money. I intend to throw them away.Sound quality is just about OK if you spend hours designing a good enough custom filter, which takes hours.If youare thinking about buying these to reduce noise in the environment around you so you have a better listening experience, my answer is don't. Don't buy them for their noise reduction/cancelling capability: it really does not work.Walking down the street, they do not take out traffic noise. Sitting in a restaurant, they don't take out any noise, not people talking, not piped music being played in the restaurant.
