It takes time to work, I guess, so I’m still waiting for results

I purchased these to help improve my hair. They were a decent price and were very easy to swallow. I took them religiously and no change in my hair quality.

I took the Biotin pills and use the Biotin shampoo regularly. My hair feels thicker, is healthier and grows faster. i do think you need to follow the directions on the shampoo and leave it in for two-three minutes. Will definitely buy again.
