Spigen Liquid Air Designed for Galaxy S22 Ultra Case (2022) - Matte Black

I have had a Note 8 the past 4.5 years (bought on release day) and bought a Spigen Rugged Armor case for the phone. This case is very similar in style, which is why I bought it, and has some nice features I love from my old case, and some new ones as well.I wanted a phone case that had individual cutouts for the camera bumps and offered enough clearance to not rest on them when placing the phone down. There is a slight protruding lip compared to the rest of the back of the case, and some reviews made it seem horrendous as it is unbalanced. This concerned me as well, but after getting the case, it really isn't bad at all. Compared to if there was no case, this phone case is way batter in this regard. There is only about 1mm of travel (if that) when pressing the raised corner. Completely acceptable for me.Compared to my last case, this one sports additional grooves on the side and back that greatly increase grip. With the Rugged Armor case I had before, it was very smooth, where I did rarely drop my phone (3-4 times a year), but never had any cracks. With the better grip, I don't expect to drop my phone even as much as before.My Note 8 never had a crack or a chip with those drops over 4 years, so I think these cases do a decent job of protection. You should be fine as long as you are only dropping them from a standing height or less.This may be different if you drop your phone from a roof, down stairs, or off a ladder. There is a ridge that protrudes above the front glass that will hit first before the glass has a chance (unless you drop it on something not flat, like gravel or tools). This helps protect it if it happens to fall flat screen first.Overall, I liked my Spigen Rugged Armor over the last 4 years, and the Liquid Air feels more rigid, stronger, more grippy, and overall a better case. I am happy with my purchase and hope for another 4 years of protected phone use.

I bought like 10 cases and This is my favorite case, only way could be better is if it was magsafe, but I love the texture and feel, and the look, and it's super slim, hugs the phone well, and doesn't cover up the curved screen at all.

If you are lokling for a thin phone case that al;so protects your phone during an accidental drop then this is the case you will want to purchase. I am very picky about what case I use on my cell but this one is def worth it and the price you cant beat!

I like the case, it is easy to install and easy to hold and the buttons work well. I gave it 4 stars because I'm not sure how effective it is for drops because is it thin and the case itself is firm, not rubbery soft. I can put is in my pocket a lot easier than the previous thicker Otter case. The price is right.

Pretty happy with this casez it is sleek and the buttons are crisp and well fitting. It may offer slightly less protective ability when compared to some heavier (otterbox?) more rigid designs tho.

Love the minimal bulk added with a strong reliable case

Great slim case for my S22 Ultra, Spigen did a great job with every aspect of the phone in mind. There's a small bump for the camera but it's barely visible without directly turning the case on its side. Same thing for the front, protecting the screen from any scratches or damage (as long as it's on a flat surface). The case is smooth to the touch but not slippery to where the phone feels like it's about to fall. My only gripe about the case is the matte finish, I sweat a lot and even though the case design is really nice it leaves an outline of my finger prints. The good thing about that is it can dry fairly quickly.Again great slim case, it has survived plenty of drops and slips. I would recommend for anybody looking for an affordable case.

This case is well built, designed and of solid quality. It fits the phone perfect, regarding cut-outs, buttons, etc. The one complaint I have is that it seems to slip off the phone very easily. I don't know if I got one that slipped past QA, or if that is by design, but has almost caused me to drop the phone twice now. I think I should have probably ordered the Spigen Cryo Armor case instead.
