I started taking these Vitamin D tablets because I was feeling tired and my doctor advised as pre pregnancy vitamin. After a few weeks, I actually feel like I have more energy, and my mood seems a bit better too.The tablets are small and easy to swallow, which is great. No weird aftertaste or stomach issues either. I take them with food just as described and my doctor told me not to take after caffeine(tea) and followed her advice but they seem to digest fine.Overall, they’re affordable, effective, and do what they’re supposed to. Best price and quantity. I have checked many stores where I live, they do not sell such a high dose and for this price and quantity.
