Love this parchment!
I love this parchment paper! It's a little heavier than most of the grocery store brands. I love, love, love the slide cutter! I can leave the box in the cabinet drawer, pull out the piece I want, slide the cutter and close the drawer. It's fast, easy, no chance of getting cut on a jagged cutter, and every piece has a nice even cut without messy tearout.

This seller is great—they actually reached out to explain that the coating is silicone and NOT WAX! Heat and cooking safe. Yay! And they offered a full refund or to resend the item —fabulous and so I’m going to try again. The broken core was not their fault obviously—so let’s hope it arrives intact. Below is my old review, I’m leaving it to show how responsive they were in following up. Impressive in our world today.Thanks Katbite!Terrible. It’s not true chef’s parchment as there is a waxy sheen to it. And the box itself was bent as was the core inside the paper hence the pulling function is rendered useless. You really do get what you pay for especially on Amazon.

Love this paper!!
LOVE this parchment paper!!! I've been wanting to switch to unbleached for awhile now and finally did. The box is sturdy, paper is so much easier to use than the bleached, and the cutting edge slices the paper off perfectly every time! Very pleased with the quality and price of this product!

Very good paper. I recommend buying the version with the sliding cutter.
The paper is thin, uniformly coated and seems to work as intended. While I am pleased with the performance of the paper, if I had to do it again I would make sure I paid a few dollars more and got the version with the slide cutter. I have similar slide cutters on other products and find them easier and much safer to use. Whereas the standard serrated cutting edge does an excellent job delivering a clean cut, it presents a very sharp edge. I found this something about which the user (especially your young helpers) should be cautioned.
