This is a used laptop that had motherboard issues with PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Controller l, PCI Memory Controller , PCI Buss controller, dead battery. The only way to fix this laptop is to replace the motherboard. Used dose not mean last lag. Have a better experience than I’ve had.

I've order three systems from this vendor, and typically something wrong when you order multiple high dollar items. When I received the three, one of the keyboards had sticking keyboards or they would just be stuck down.I emailed the vendor about the issue and within three days I received a replacement keyboard. I've installed it and everything now on all three are excellent.Great system, great vendor!!!

Out of the box I got a boot screen. My only choice was to re-install Windows. And hour and a half later it finally started up. The mouse (pointer) was jumping and moving very slowly. I tried to hook up a wireless Bluetooth mouse. Tried for a while, ran the troubleshooter “No Bluetooth Capability” hmmm. The description clearly says it does have Bluetooth. Tried reinstalling drivers. On the phone with Amazon support for almost 2 hours. They just finally picked the darn thing up. Good luck, I’ll get a refund 10-30 days.Next time I’ll request they send me the computer. I can check it myself. If everything is working I’ll send payment IN 10-30 DAYS!!!

The customer service was very good. The package was delayed due to weather and they worked to re-direct it for me. Unfortunately they shipped me the wrong computer the first time and I had to exchange it. When I got the right computer, I was definitely underwhelmed. The left user-side corner was all chewed up from being dropped pre-refurb, which did not match condition description. The case has a poorly-applied stick-on cover with bubbles under it, and I can see plenty of scuffs under the cover corners that are peeling up. It also did not have a fingerprint scanner as shown in the product pictures. I will be returning it.
