Could i use one big 6s bettery with it?

I'm sure you could if it fits in the battery compartment and the wire is long enough. The exit hole for wire is in the middle of box. But you need to buy or make a loop connector as you need 2 things plugged in to complete circuit to esc.

i use two spektrum 4s smart batterys to run the car and also use the spektrum smart charger, these items do not come with the car,
