Worst product and service
Phone came with switched on condition. Service engineer was requested to check phone condition. For two weeks we had to reschedule as engineer never turned up but left message that they called and we did not pick up. Finally he called and closed the complaint without visiting us. Worst service . No possibility to reach customer service directly as this is AI based and call closed
