Liquid form in a pill!! Love!
We are suppose to be drinking the liquid form but it is very hard for my kids to drink down, we bought the tablet form and once it was time to order more I saw these! The tablets are individually sealed and is time consuming each morning gathering vitamins for my whole family so this is a perfect combination of ease and even better than tablet bc it is the liquid form in a pill. This is absorbed better into our system and easy to grab in the busy mornings!!
